Global Impact
His model for success in the arts, called “The Cycle,” has helped transform hundreds of organizations in more than 80 countries around the world.
What Is the Workshop About?
Today, arts and cultural organizations face dramatic changes in funding, new technologies, and audience behavior. This intensive full-day workshop will present Kaiser’s proven “The Cycle” methodology in practice—a comprehensive system for artistic planning, marketing, effective fundraising, and the long-term sustainability of a successful cultural organization.
Who is the workshop intended for?
For 70 selected managers and artistic figures from the Czech cultural scene representing leading festivals in the so-called independent (non-state-funded) sector, as well as representatives of leading foundations active in the cultural sector and several representatives of major state-funded music organizations.
Recommendations for organizations:
We strongly recommend the participation of two key members of management (e.g., executive director + artistic director) to ensure better implementation of the “Cycle” procedures in practice.
Program language: English (no interpretation provided).
