Rising British hip--hop star Kofi Stone's concert at Prague Sounds has been transformed into a multi-artist club night with after-party in the atmospheric spaces of Kasarna Karlin! Stone will be joined on the bill by leading Czech rapper Idea, who'll play a live support set. Following Stone's own set, the audience can look forward to an after-party at Kasarna with DJ sets featuring deep cuts from hip-hop, soul, and funk artists past and present. It promises to be a unique night of great music in special surroundings - just what we strive for at Prague Sounds.
'We're excited to be able to move Kofi's show to Kasarna, a venue Prague Sounds will be using for the first time,' says festival director Marek Vrabec. 'Adding Idea to the line-up will make for an interesting confrontation of the Czech and UK hip-hop scenes. We feel that Kasarna will provide the perfect vibe for a show like this, and its spaces lends themselves to extending the night with an after-party and DJ sets. I think it'll be a memorable evening headlined by one of the most exciting new artists on the international hip-hop scene.'
