The event takes place on 11th November, beginning at 5pm in the Sala Terrena in Kampa park.

Publicist Petr Brod and Czech Radio's Radko Kubičko, who both worked at Radio Free Europe with Kryl, share their stories of the great man. This is followed at 6pm by 'Karel Kryl, Czechoslovak,' an event put together by Jiří Dušek, at which Kryl's songs will be performed by Viki Olejárova, and a selection of his poems read by Marek Vrabec. Both these portions of the event will have a limited audience capacity.

The evening continues from 7pm outside Sala Terrena with a Kryl singalong around a campfire. Bring your instruments and songbooks with you! Refreshments will be available.
